When you book a tour with Morocco Zamani Tours, you will receive an email with the tour cost inclusions, and what’s not included in the cost. It means, in some tours, you may need to pay for your lunches and drinks, Entry fees to historical monuments, and of course the tips for your driver and guide, as well your private expenses such as things you will need to buy or purchase (souvenirs, shopping,…)
When you book a tour you will receive an email with all details including the tour program, the amount you have paid if there is a deposit, as well as the agency information. So print these emails and bring it with you in case.

Morocco is a Mediterranean country so the weather is good all the time. So, if you visit Morocco during winter time you need to bring some warm clothes especially when you stop to visit some places such as the Atlas Mountains, the Kasbahs in southern Morocco, …etc, else, the weather is fine all the year round and except the summertime, you don’t need to bring the heavy cloths because it’s warm and hot everywhere.
You need to bring some first aid medicines, such as, the diarrhea medicine, your daily use medicines if there is, because you may not find them in Moroccan pharmacies, bring your hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses.
Morocco is a country with diverse landscapes, Sahara Desert, Atlas Mountains, Coastal beaches and the imperial cities, so it’s a worth visited country in the world, thus, the weather is good all the year-round and the best time to visit Morocco, either for a stay in a city or for a tour around Morocco, is from January to June and from September to January, that’s to say the hot period (summertime for people who don’t like the heat is to be avoided.
When a client booked a tour with Morocco Zamani Tours, he/she has to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount, refundable in case the client canceled 1 month before the arrival date, and for 15 days before the arrival, the client receives a 50% refund. For a 1 week cancelation, client will not receive any refund. Other cancellation policies may apply during the high seasons: End of the year holidays and the thanksgiving holidays.
Once you agree with our booking terms and you choose your Morocco Tour, our booking agent will get in touch with you via email or phone to assist and help you with all needed information about your tour. Please note that a reservation is considered confirmed only after the reception of a 30% deposit.
Once you agree with the rate and the accommodations, you will receive a confirmation Email and a preformat initial invoice after we receive your deposit, this email and invoice must be printed and to be shown to our travel guide who will meet you at the airport.
